Blackberry selection 86506G7 This variety is currently being trialled.
Parentage: Complex SCRI seedlings 81309C2 x 82417A12 in combination with cv. Ashton Cross in the background.
Season: Early fruiting, first ripe at SCRI two weeks earlier than Loch Ness.
Plant Habit: Canes are thorn-free and semi-erect. Stunning pink double blossom, attractive for amateur market.
Fruit Quality: Fruit is glossy black with an excellent sweet and aromatic flavour. Slightly larger fruit than Loch Tay.
